Parent-Student Handbook
The Parent-Student Handbook is the guideline for the appropriate structure, limits, safety and high standards required by all for the success of our student’s growth and development. After you have read all the policies in the Parent-Student Handbook, you are required to sign the release form at the back of this book.
Emergency Information Form
The school requires emergency contact and medical information to be on hand for each child in case of an emergency.
Public Domain Agreement
During the course of the school day and during after school activities, photographs and/or videos may be taken of the students at St. Anne School. Please use this form to inform the school of your approval or objection to this practice for your child or children.
Family Service Hour Slips
Each family is required to volunteer 24 hours of service each school year. Use these slips to record the service hours for your family and turn them in to the school office for credit.
