St. Anne Catholic School is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and the Catholic Conference Accreditation Commission (TCCAC) , under the auspices of the Texas Education Association. The commissioner of education in Texas recognizes the commission as the accrediting agency for Catholic schools. This ensures that students are able to transfer between public and Catholic schools and that teacher service at Catholic schools is recognized by the state. Catholic schools in the Archdiocese are affiliated with the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA).
