Parish Lenten Project: Medical Clinic for Montufar, Guatemala
Our parish will be building a much needed Medical Clinic in the town of Montufar, which is near the fantastically successful Tilapia Farm we established last year. Ground will be broken for the clinic near the local Catholic Church. The pastor, Father Rene, ministers to 26 communities in the area that will benefit from the clinic.
Lenten offerings: Place your money in the basket on the sanctuary each week of Lent. Or, place your contributions in an envelope and mark it "Lenten Project".
Holy Thursday: The traditional Collection for the Poor during Holy Week will go to our parish Lenten Project.
